Accommodation rules

  1. Guests are required to comply with these accommodation rules and the posted fire alarm instructions and fire evacuation plan.
  2. The accommodation facility Pension Hrad Krupka (hereinafter referred to as “the pension”) may only accommodate guests who present a reservation confirmation, fill in all required details, and complete an online reservation (hereinafter referred to as “check-in”). If the guest does not provide valid identity document details (ID card, passport) during the online check-in, the pension reserves the right to refuse accommodation in compliance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on Local Fees, as amended, for Czech citizens, and Act No. 326/1999 Coll. on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic, as amended.
  3. Guests are required to pay for their accommodation in advance via online payment or bank transfer according to the valid price list, payment terms in the valid contract, or payment instructions provided with the booking confirmation.
  4. Persons under 18 years of age may only be accommodated if accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
  5. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM.
  6. The stay ends as per the booked reservation on the specified day by 10:00 AM, at which point the access PIN code ceases to be valid.
  7. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A fine of 3,000 CZK will be charged for disturbing quiet hours.
  8. Room cleaning is carried out daily. Hotel towels and bath towels are replaced daily upon the guest’s request (by placing the towel or bath towel on the bathroom floor).
  9. If a guest requests an extension of their stay, a different room may be offered due to availability.
  10. All guests must maintain order and cleanliness and handle the facilities with care. Furnishings may not be moved or removed from the building. Guests are prohibited from interfering with the electrical network or other installations. A fine of 1,500 CZK will be charged for removing items from the premises.
  11. Guests must take precautions to prevent damage to the building and its equipment and prevent fire throughout their stay. In case of damage to the room or common areas, the operator is entitled to demand financial compensation from the guest.
  12. For safety reasons, guests must not leave children unattended on the premises. In the case of leaving a dog unattended, a door hanger indicating the presence of a dog in the room must be placed.
  13. The pension is not responsible for valuable items or significant sums of money belonging to guests. The pension is also not responsible for the loss or damage of the guest’s property.
  14. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, subject to a fine of 5,000 CZK. Additional costs for cleaning and sanitizing the room will be charged based on actual expenses incurred by the pension.
  15. Rooms may only accommodate the number of guests as advertised on the website. Non-compliance will result in a fine of 1,500 CZK per unauthorized person in the room, and such individuals without valid check-in will be removed from the premises, potentially with the assistance of the Czech Police.
  16. When leaving the accommodation, guests must close water taps, windows, turn off electrical appliances, switch off lights, lock the room, and ensure it cannot be opened without the access code or key.

  18. The pension is not liable for injuries sustained by users of the accommodation facility.
  19. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances on the premises, except for those intended for personal hygiene (e.g., shavers, hairdryers) and low-power appliances (e.g., laptops, chargers).
  20. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing weapons, ammunition, or explosives into the accommodation facility or storing them in a usable state. The possession, storage, or production of psychoactive substances is also prohibited (except for prescription medications). The use of open flames, including lighting candles, is not permitted.
  21. Dogs over 20 kg and other animals are not allowed in the pension.
  22. Throwing any objects out of the windows and littering the surroundings of the pension is prohibited.
  23. Guests are required to follow safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations.
  24. First aid kits are available in the corridor on each floor in case of injury.
  25. If a guest’s careless behavior triggers an unauthorized fire alarm, they will be charged for the full cost of the fire response upon presentation of the invoice.
  26. Liability with respect to individuals and legal entities is governed by the Civil Code.
  27. The operator reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately in cases of gross violation of the accommodation rules, exceeding the allowed number of guests, or vandalism. The operator also reserves the right to refuse accommodation to problematic guests based on past experiences.
  28. Parking for personal vehicles is only allowed with the permission of the city of Krupka. The parking capacity for guest vehicles is limited to a maximum of 9.
